One of Mum’s friends just sent us a video from last year when Mum had a stall at an event called Animal Action Day. If you skip through all the boring stuff at the start you can see me at 1:31 giving a little kid kisses, then some of Mum’s photos, then a scary clown, then me again at 1:43, then Mum waving at the camera and Mum’s friend Eirin from Puppia!
The rest of the video is pretty boring, only because there is no more me in it.

While we were outside, Mum decided we needed to do some modelling practice. I like modelling but Mum reckons she can never get good photos of me.
I don’t know why! She gets nice photos of Kaya. But Kaya reckons it’s cos she is a better model than me. She holds poses for longer and does different looks and stares right into the camera.
Meh – I much prefer playing and running around and being cheeky! I don’t think the modelling business is for me. Mum decided that if I was going to insist on looking goofy, then that’s the sort of shots we would take! I was much better at the goofy shots than the pretty ones!

Mum tried to take some goofy ones of Kaya but it only succeeded in showing up the grey on her muzzle. Muhahaha! (Hmmm something tells me I am gonna pay for that comment when Kaya hears about it…)

I hope everyone enjoyed the beach photos! Luna is now faulty again and has to wear pants for another 2 or 3 weeks so we can’t go out to the beach again for a while now. Grandma said I wasn’t allowed to post new photos of Luna in her pants (I think she feels sorry for Luna). I love my Grandma a lot so I’ll do what she tells me.
What I will do though is post a link to her wearing pants from last time! hehe – clicky here
Anyways so we’ve been hanging out in the yard a lot and playing with squeakies and running around and fighting and running and jumping and all the stuff we usually do. Mum bought me a new squeaky rooster which was supposed to be an inside toy but I got excited and grabbed it and ran outside and well, now it’s an outside toy (dirty muddy outside toys aren’t allowed back inside again).
Here’s a nice shot of me – I asked Mum to take away my scar on the computer (I know she can do stuff like that!) but she didn’t want to because she said it makes me special. If you’ve forgotten how I got the scar – read the post here!
I’m the one who really really loves the squeakies. I don’t know what it is about them but they get me really excited! That noise! The thrill! When I have my squeaky I feel very important and I get the urge to show it off to the world! I am truly at peace when I have my squeaky with me.

And then Luna comes along and mugs me.
I don’t think Luna really understands the "zen" of the squeaky. She only wants it cos I want it. She steals it off me then prances around in front of me with it, teasing me.
Mum and Dad call it playing, but I call it bullying. Often I just sit and look sad until they feel sorry for me and throw it so I can get it back. Then I am at peace again.

We went to the beach at Currumbin the other day and Mum took so many
nice photos of us, they are too much for just one post! So she’s going
to space them over a few days worth with a little theme for each day.
Right well FINALLY I managed to get my own post as Miss Kaya has been a bit of a hog lately. It’s all been about how Kaya is so cool, and so tall, and so clever – what about me! Well, I might not be super smart or super tall but I can do one thing that Kaya can’t.. it will be revealed later!
In the meantime, here’s a nice shot of me. Ignore Kaya’s head please. She insists on being in every shot.
Some more shots of me, see, Mum loves me too!
Enjoying the sunshine…
We found this cool rock and Mum and Dad decided it would be a good idea to get us to jump up on it for a photo. They tried and tried and tried with Kaya but she wouldn’t so it! What a wuss! I did it first go, then every time they asked me to afterwards. I even did a lovely sit-stay on it. I tell you, I’m going to be an agility STAR (when Mum finally starts taking me that is).
I even sat up there nicely and posed with Dad…

THEN I did some stand-stays! That rock was on a lean, but I stayed there!
And what did Miss Smarty-pants Kaya do while I was being wonderful? She just stood and watched from above…
