Hello everyone! On the weekend it was my second barkday, I had a really great day! First up Dad made pancakes, but he kinda didn’t do too well and they turned out a bit lumpy which is fine with me, cos it means I got to eat all the lumpy ones – yummm.
We were going to head to the beach but it was kinda windy and a bit cold and the beach isn’t too fun for the humans when it’s like that (not that I care) so we went to a park instead. First up Mum wanted some birthday photos with me – I was much more interested in investigating the park and saying hello to all the other doggies, but I posed for a few shots anyway, just for Mum.
Then if was time to head off exploring and meeting new doggies!
I thought I better do a bit of modelling cos Mum likes that kind of thing.
Then it was off to go play in the water. I’m such a water baby, if there is water anywhere, I just have to go look and have a paddle around!
After that I went and played with a little 12 week old Border Collie x Australian Terrier puppy. Mum didn’t get any photos cos they were busy talking, but we had an awesome time! To start with she was a bit scared of me, but then she got her confidence up and just started attacking me and trying to bite me! I had a great time jumping out of the way of those snappy little sharp puppy teeth!
I’m glad that Mum was here for my birthday this time, cos for my first birthday she was off having fun in that cold place called New Zealand, playing in something called snow! Mum’s going to put some photos together of my second year like she did for my first birthday, when she has time spare time, hopefully soon! So stay tuned!
